Access rules:

  • Before entering you must undergo temperature measurement
  • You must present a completed self-certification form upon entry (download)
  • Keep an interpersonal distance of at least 1 metre
  • Sanitise your hands with the sanitary gel available along the access way
  • Wear your mask for the entire duration of your stay inside the karstic site
  • It is recommended to use the toilet before entry
  • The visit is not recommended for people with heart disorders
  • The long itinerary up to the White Cave is not recommended for people aged over 70
  • The path is sometimes slippery, we recommend the use of comfortable non-slip shoes
  • Access with pushchairs is not permitted
  • It is possible to take small animals on the tour if they are carried in the arms of the owner, or in a pet carrier
  • It is forbidden to smoke inside the caves
  • It is forbidden to touch, remove or break the limestone formations
  • The use of cameras is only allowed in the “Grave”, the first cavern of the itinerary
