Since May, 25th of 2018 the GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) has full operational effectiveness.
The Regulation is directly applicable and binding in all Member States and does not require a national transposition law, except for some areas to which it refers, derogates or requires the regulatory integration of individual States.
With the Legislative Decree of 10 October 2018 n. 101 the Italian legislator has adapted to the GDPR 2016/679 the discipline contained in the legislative decree of 30 June 2003 n. 196 (Code regarding the protection of personal data).

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Privacy Code) for the part still in force and the changes made by the GDPR 679/2016 (articles 13 par. 1 and 14 par. 1) and by Legislative Decree 101/2018, in relation to the data that will be subject to entry and subsequent processing on the website www.grottedicastellana.it, the following information is provided:

The provision of personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in point n. 2 (“purpose of the treatment”).
Access to online services is subject to the correct and complete provision of the following data, all to be understood as mandatory:

Failure, partial and / or incorrect provision of mandatory personal data will automatically make it impossible to proceed with the provision of the specific service requested.


5. Refusal to provide data
Any refusal by the interested party to provide personal data makes it impossible to carry out the activities referred to in point no. 2 (“purpose of the treatment”).


6. Introduction to Cookies
Cookies are small text strings that the sites visited by the user send to their terminal, where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites at the next visit by the same user.
