From 1 April 2022, the possession of the reinforced green pass or the basic one is no longer required to access the Caves. The use of surgical masks is recommended.
Rules for the tour
VISIT THE CAVES IN SAFETY
Maintain an interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter
Sanitize your hands with the disinfectant gel available along the access path to the caves
We recommend that you wear the surgical mask for the entire stay inside the karst site
When going up the lifts, the use of a mask is mandatory
Don'ts
WHAT NOT TO DO DURNG THE VISIT
Smoking is prohibited inside the caves
Photographing and filming is only allowed in the “Grave”, the first cavern of the system
It is severely forbidden to touch the limestone formations, remove or break the speleothems
It is not allowed to access the caves with baby buggies or strollers

USEFUL INFORMATION BEFORE VISITING
It is recommended to use the restrooms before the visit
It is possible to bring small pets along, but only if carried in a pet carrier or in the arms
The visit is not recommended for visitors with heart conditions
The trail can be slippery, we recommend the use of comfortable non-slip footwear
The complete itinerary, going all the way to the White Cave, is not recommended for people over the age of 70
